Downtown Streetscape Plan

This report was prepared at the request of the Tourism Board to support efforts to document the strengths and weaknesses in downtown Hillsborough. The consultant looked at the feasibility of various improvements to the downtown physical environment. The report, from 2001, has been used to support grant applications for the recommended improvements.
