The Town Manager reports directly to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners. In addition to running the daily operations of the Town, it is the Manager's job to advise, recommend, and ultimately implement Board policy.

The Town Clerk serves as the administrative assistant to the Mayor and the Town Manager. In this capacity she prepares the Town Board Agendas, gives legal notice of meetings, and records the minutes of Town Board meetings. The Town Clerk is responsible for maintaining the official records of the Town and the codification of Town Ordinances.
The Town Clerk is the Director of Administration and Human Resources. The Town Clerk also serves as the Town's Webmaster.
