DANIEL BOONE/COLLINS PROJECT


American Asset Corporation of Raleigh had submitted an annexation, zoning, and Master Plan application to redevelop the Daniel Boone Village and surrounding project known as the Collins property.  This request was formally withdrawn in December of 2007.  The applicant had indicated plans would proceed for the development of the Village.  The contract is no longer in place for the purchase of the Boone Tract.  This project is no longer under review of considered pending.
