9/19/08 — The Hillsborough Police Department and UNC Habitat for Humanity are teaming up to offer free tutoring to any youths in the Orange County school system, beginning Sept. 29.
The tutoring sessions will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Monday and Tuesday at the Community Policing Substation, 501 Rainey Ave. Tutoring will be offered in all subjects, except computers. To register for the program or for more information, contact Officer Tereasa King at 732-2441 Ext. 25.
