Mission Statement
"To distribute drinking water to the citizens of Hillsborough with consistent quality and minimal interruption; and to collect sewage from the citizens of Hillsborough with concern for the environment and minimal interruption."

Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection department is responsible for repairing water line leaks, cleaning and repairing sewer lines, and maintaining booster pump stations and sewage lift stations.
